HOW TO MAKE A RETURN 

You can request a return of the product(s) within 5 days from the date of delivery in case you are not satisfied with the purchase and the Issues like defective, incorrect, or damaged products etc. must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.

Returns will only be accepted if the customer received the incorrect size or product(s), or if the received product(s) was/were damaged in any way.

 

RETURN PROCESS

Once the request of return gets approved by the return centre via email, the return procedure will be initiated. Where the customer has to self ship the product(s) at our warehouse location and need to share the tracking details with us.

Once it's received at our warehouse location, it will undergo a quality check. when it passes the Quality Check, the exchange/refund process will be initiated within the next 72 working hours.

In addition, the product returned should be in the exact condition as it was sent, along with all the tags. Return will not be accepted if the product tags/printing label are removed or missing.

Product must be in original condition  –  unworn , unused with the same tag, printing label & in the same packing.

 

EXCHANGE / REFUND PROCESS 

You, as a Buyer who has already made a prepaid payment of your order on our platform, shall be entitled to claim a full refund of the transaction price in case you do not receive the delivery of your order.

Order(s) placed from new arrivals (which are without any discounts) are only eligible for exchange or refund, once its return request gets approved by our returns centre via email. The amount will be refunded in the form of Coupon Code / Store Credit as per return process.

Order(s) placed from sale items or with discounts are only eligible for exchange and not eligible for refund, however we would be happy to exchange or replace it as per availability of the stock.

 

EXCHANGING FOR SOMETHING ELSE 

In case of an exchange, you are also allowed to choose a different product of same value. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you can pay just the difference amount.

  • Follow the instructions and wait for our team to respond. 

Please note that sometimes response may take longer than usual. We'll try to get back to you within 24-72 working hours. We will always respond as soon as possible.

Items Bought From SALE Collection/Discounted Price Will Not Be Refunded. 

 

Important Points

  • Products that have been used, worn, or washed by the customer are strictly not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances. Once a product has been used, it is no longer in its original condition and cannot be restocked or assessed for any quality concern.
  • If a customer does not prefer the fabric or finds the fitting personally unsuitable, this is not considered a product defect and does not qualify for a return or refund. Fit and comfort are personal in nature and may vary depending on individual body type, posture and preference. Product descriptions, size guides and fabric details are  mentioned on every product page for the customer's reference before purchase. As a goodwill gesture only, We may offer an exchange for a different size or article at its sole discretion.

  • In the unlikely event that a product is received in a damaged condition, the customer must provide a clear unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the parcel as mandatory evidence. Without an unboxing video, no damage claim will be entertained. Bclothing will not be held responsible for damage claims raised without video evidence, as it is not possible to verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery without this proof. We strongly recommend all customers record an unboxing video at the time of receiving every order as a standard practice.

NOTE: RETURNS / EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE APPLICABLE FOR FREE ITEMS, SOCKS AND FACE MASKS KEEPING HYGIENE INTO CONSIDERATION.
